That's precisely what Heist Creative set out to do for the City of Parramatta - a diverse and vibrant urban community poised to double in size by 2036. Located in Sydney, Parramatta is increasingly recognised as a leading destination for business, education, research, art and culture, dining, and nature and heritage experiences.

What we did
In collaboration with Content Rebels Agency, we were hired as their trusted creative production partner to deliver a significant evergreen campaign.
Our team managed the entire operation from brief to post-production. To ensure we could showcase Parramatta’s spirit to its fullest, our process included a physical reconnaissance across Parramatta to scope out all suitable locations before the shoot, development of shot lists and schedules, and complete talent sourcing and management that gave the council peace of mind that its citizens would be appropriately represented.
Project Particulars:
We’re all about attention to detail and managing the minutiae. Multiple location shoots meant each one required a separate permit. Heist managed the applications and approval process with the council, which included several amendments as the campaign team's brief evolved.
We were flexible, working within the moving timelines and pivoting needs of the council, and adapted to its standards and ways of working, which made the whole process smoother.




Outcomes
Heist delivered the project on time and within budget. The City of Parramatta now has over 400 visual assets that tell its story - capturing its energy, diversity, and potential that will be used to support its marketing efforts over the next two years. The assets can be seen across their website, social media and out of home media.
